Your chaplains provide the following free services:

  • 24/7 Mobile Support: Phone, text, email, or video meetings for your encouragement and support. A chaplain will respond within 24 hours, but often much sooner. Chaplains are a listening ear and a source of support for you and your family.

  • 24/7 Prayer Line: To share a prayer request, text or call 1.855.797.1147, or send an email to This is a convenient way to ask for prayer without a lengthy conversation.

  • Confidentiality: Your conversations will remain confidential, other than information which could indicate abuse or neglect or indicates physical harm or potential physical harm to any individual as these must be reported to an appropriate State agency as required by law.

  • Chaplain Personal Connect: Opt in to have a chaplain personally contact you once a month to encourage and take prayer requests.

Mac Burberry

VP of Florida Operations,

Mac Burberry has extensive chaplain experience in addition to his Master of Arts and Master of Divinity degrees. He is currently working to complete his Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) training in pursuit of becoming a board certified chaplain. He is an ordained minister and has served as a pastor and Executive Director of Haitian Christian Outreach where he built a strong and ethnically diverse team. Mac spent the last 6 years serving as a chaplain for Transitions Hospice in Indianapolis, IN. He and his wife, Michelle, reside in Vero Beach, Florida. Mac is passionate about helping business leaders better serve their employees in a holistic way.


Ashley Day

Remote Care Chaplain


Ashley Day has a heart for the people of Indy having grown up in Brownsburg and worked in the city for more than a decade. Currently the advertising senior designer for the Indianapolis Business Journal, Ashley previously worked for the Indianapolis Star. Her experience in the workplace, her time as a pastor’s wife over the past 8 years, and a minor in women’s ministry have prepared her to help meet the needs of women in the workplace. In her free time, she enjoys a great dinner and movie with her husband Daron and spending time with her 3 children. 


Brock Clark

Remote Care Chaplain


Brock Clark is a devoted husband to Kylonda and father to 4 children. He was born in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, and raised near Cleveland, Ohio. Brock joined the United States Marine Corps where he gladly served his country for over three years. He spent most of his adult life in New York City where he was in law enforcement for over 20 years. Now retired, he is currently involved in full-time ministry with Inunity formerly known as Zion’s Joy, a multi-racial, multicultural national recording group. He is a also a part of the prison ministry at his local church.


Lucretia Jenkins

Remote Care Chaplain


Lucretia Jenkins, the youngest of eight daughters, is a native of Terre Haute, IN.

Having grown up in the church as the child of a pastor, she has served in many ways, including teaching Sunday School and serving in varied leadership capacities.

Lucretia began ministry in August of 2006, which included bereavement and pastoral care. She then became licensed in 2008 and ordained in 2012.  

Lucretia has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Religious Studies. After working in the healthcare field for 15 years and working in tech support and four different areas in Human Resources for several years at Roche Diagnostics, she decided to answer the call of chaplaincy and became a hospice chaplain in October of 2019.  

As a mother of four daughters and one of eight daughters herself, Lucretia recognizes God’s hand in leading her toward the ministry of women. She is grateful and excited to be used to help others walk in God’s purpose for their life.


Gerson Cardona

Bilingual Remote Care Chaplain


Gerson Cardona Was born in Guatemala City. He came to the Unites States when he was 5 years old. He grew up in Oakland California and came to Indianapolis in 1999.  He is a devoted husband to Elsa Cardona, a father of 5 kids and a pappi to 14 grandchildren. He is an ordained minister. He graduated with a BA in Leadership and Ministry, and a MA in Leadership and organization. He will soon complete his M. Div. program.


Irina Sorrels

Bilingual Remote Care Chaplain


Irina was born in Santa Marta, Colombia. She is married to Mark, a minister. Irina has been blessed with one son. Irina obtained her Bachelor’s in Business Administration and has been working as a human resources professional in Southern Indiana. Irina is a committed advocate, who has been serving the needs of victims and survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence, and substance abuse.

This optional service is being offered at NO COST to employees and to household family members of employees. The Chaplains provide non-denominational services. Employees may contact the Chaplains during work hours with prior approval of their supervisor and/or can contact the Chaplains during non-work time. Employees are under no obligation to participate in this service/benefit and can stop participating at any time after beginning services.
